The End of a Grand Trip

Rekindling a Desire to Blog-

3-31-18
Obviously my dedication to our story has waxed and waned. I woke this morning with a plan to re-enter the story-telling world of our Beyond the Horizon blog

Long Time Between Posts-

What did we do before the internet and wifi? We wrote long letters or had multiple phone conversations with friends and relatives. Now Facebook seems to be the option of choice when we travel many parts of the USA. For creating and publishing a blog about our travels, adequate access to the internet, WIFI, is non-existent in most RV parks. This blog is created on a Google entity, Blogspot. With high speed internet it works great, otherwise it's a painful, endlessly time-consuming process that scuttled most of my efforts.

Enough complaining, here's the scoop, many of you kept up with us through Facebook posts by Colleen Holder and Ray, so you didn't think we had fallen off the edge of the known world. Since we left Pennsylvania we have had many adventures with the RV, mostly fun with some repairs included.

We sat in PEI, Prince Edward Island, in the yard of some great friends.

We visited my Mom and sisters,

went to the Kaylee Hall in Poole's Corner on Thursday nights and ate fabulous seafood.

We headed back to NC by way of a stop in Massachusetts, where we spent 5 days. Our old hotspot was not as powerful as we had hoped! No posting was possible!

I'm sure this album doesn't adequately cover the wonderful time we've had, but take a look at this link and you'll see some of the highlights since May.
